Session House has two spaces available for performances, rehearsals, exhibitions, workshops, screenings, lectures, and other cultural activities.

 

B1F Studio / Small Theater

The B1F Studio is a 131-square-meter performance space with a high ceiling, sprung floor, and linoleum surface.
The seating arrangement can be changed according to the production, with capacity for approximately 100 audience members depending on the setup.

Basic Full-Day Rental

10:00 AM–10:00 PM　JPY 110,000 including tax

 

Friday Rental

Lighting equipment: JPY 22,000 per day
Sound equipment: JPY 11,000 per day
Piano: JPY 5,500 per day (tuning is charged separately)

 

Technical and production staff can also be arranged for an additional fee.

2F Gallery “Garden”

Gallery “Garden” is a flexible 100-square-meter multipurpose space.
It can accommodate approximately 50 seats depending on the layout and is suitable for exhibitions, theater, dance, screenings, lectures, workshops, and other cultural events.

 

One-Day Full Use

Up to 12 hours between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM　JPY 60,000 before tax

 

8-Hour Use

Within 10:00 AM–10:00 PM　JPY 40,000 before tax

 

Six-Day Exhibition Plan

Friday–Wednesday, 8 hours per day　JPY 210,000 before tax
