Each session takes about 50 minutes.

A workshop run by clinical psychologists, open to the general public, about recognising your own resilience - the capacity to recover, and to keep living through difficulty. Art-making loosens the weight of "how things ought to be" and opens a way into expression; talking about what you have made is often where resilience becomes visible.

Choose one of three pieces of work:
● A dialogue with yourself 01 - a collage in a jar, filling it with materials as your heart directs
● A dialogue with yourself 02 - a "feelings notebook", painting colour into the windows of your moods
● A dialogue with someone else - a miniature sand tray, meeting another person's world

Booking: application form. You may also join on the day, though seats are limited and those who booked take priority. The workshop is part of a research project, so participants are asked to help with a questionnaire. This event is conducted in Japanese.
