The Exploration class develops physical expression through breath, imagery, floor work and combinations. The Beginners class introduces floor work, centre work and the pleasure of dancing; no previous experience is needed.

About the teacher
Choreographer of Session House resident company Mademoiselle Cinema, founded in 1993. Her choreography for “A Strange Place” received the Newcomer’s Prize at the 63rd National Arts Festival in 2008. The company has presented work in Japan and abroad.
Mademoiselle Cinema received the Audience Prize at the Gryfino festival in Poland in 2011. More of Ito’s work is documented on the company website.
